Ich kenne Manfred Bahr seit einem Workshop vor zwanzig Jahren und genauso lange arbeite ich mit ihm. Meine ganze berufliche Karriere in der Ophthalmologie habe ich immer wieder auf seine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen zurückgegriffen. Manfred Bahr und Tobias Wilfert sind seit 2014 gemeinsam Trainer für das Thüga- Führungsnachwuchskräfte-Programm.
